The invoice or receipt will be available 24 hours after the recharge

Enter exactly 4 numeric digits.
Enter a valid amount, (maximum 2 decimal places).
Enter a valid date.

Have you paid with your virtual card?

If you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay make sure you enter the last 4 digits shown on the card inside your digital wallet, as they may be different from those on your physical card.

If you made the recharge in Portugal, send an email to suporte@chargingtogether.pt including the date and time of the recharge, the place where you made it, as well as the amount.
