The MOVES Singular Projects II Programme promotes innovation in electric mobility through grants aimed at singular projects and experimental developments throughout Spain. Order TED/800/2021, de 23 de julio, approved the regulatory bases for the programme of incentives for singular projects in electric mobility within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan (PRTR)..
This programme is managed by IDAE (Energy Saving and Diversification Institute) and, after a first call in 2021, a second call has been launched with 264 million euros available, aimed at supporting innovative initiatives related to electric vehicles.
The grants are awarded on a competitive basis and are aimed at unique, experimental or innovative projects involving a minimum investment of 100,000 euros, provided that they are directly related to electric mobility.
This programme is a strategic opportunity /strong> to transform the mobility model in Spain, with a commitment to electrification, innovation and sustainability.
Our projects subsidised by the MOVES Singular Projects II Programme aim to develop the infrastructure that provides a modular charging system for light electric vehicles with the support of an innovative second-life battery system, offering a sustainable solution and developing the national value chain for the electrification of light intercity transport in Granada, Ourense, Seville and Tarragona.
We contribute to the validation of innovative technical solutions that facilitate the deployment of high-power charging infrastructure, avoiding additional investments in the electricity grid. The projects drive emission reductions in mobility and transport in the region by ensuring that all charging points run on 100% renewable energy. In addition, an optimised energy management system is incorporated, capable of defining the most efficient times for storage and charging.
The main purpose of these projects was to broadly consider the environmental impact, working along several lines to avoid it:
Ultrafast charging system to keep charging time to a minimum (less than 12 minutes for light vehicles).
Support the development of the national and sustainable storage value chain, through the integration of second-life batteries from BeePlanet Factory.

The MOVES III Plan, is an incentive programme promoted by the Spanish Government in 2021 through the Ministry for Ecological Transition that aims to promote electric mobility by means of direct aid to Autonomous Regions and the cities of Ceuta and Melilla through the Institute for Energy Saving and Diversification (IDAE). Initially endowed with 400 million euros, the budget has been progressively increased to 1.55 billion euros.
These grants are aimed at the purchase of plug-in electric and fuel cell vehicles, and the deployment of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, as part of the EU-funded Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

Connecting Europe Facility (CEF).
It is a financial tool created by the EU in 2014 to implement transport, energy, digital and telecommunications infrastructure policy, with the aim of improving connectivity between EU Member States.
The CEF is administered by CINEA (Climate, Infrastructure and Environment Executive Agency).
It has two Multi-Year Financial Frameworks for the Transport, Energy and Telecommunications sector:
